GEMMR (Galileo Enhanced Mass Market Receiver)

3CR submitted the GEMMR proposal to an FP7 Galileo call. 

The aim is to produce a demonstrator that can be used in vehicles for ETC (electronic toll collection, navigation, safety/emergency), with a focus on developing a mass-market receiver. 

The consortium is made up of :

• UK : 3C Research, University of Bristol, Surrey Satellite Technology Limited, University of Surrey, Mitsubishi Electric, QinetiQ 
• Italy : Istituto Superiore Maria Boella, Thales Alenia Space, Centro Ricerche Fiat S.C.pA., Magneti Marelli Electronic System S.pA
• Germany : University of Duisburg 
• France :  France Development Conseil
• Spain :  DEIMOS Space SL
